Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
When you are coughing up blood in cough and tiredness then there is some infection like TB or some other infection in chest and if it is in vomiting then it can be due to ulcer in stomach or esophageal varices so get examined by a doctor and get treated.As for the pain in lower stomach and vomiting it can be due to gastritis and even infection of stomach and intestine or food poisoning.Consult a doctor soon and get treated.
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Coughing blood is not a normal thing.
At times people confuse vomiting blood for coughing.
Since you have assosiated pain abdomen it would be blood vomitus .
If it is fresh blood it would be cough from lungs and if dark brown it would be from stomach.
There are many causes like in case of vomitus bleeding ulcers or cancer stomach.
If blood sputum TB, Broncheictasis , Lung cancer.
So do not negklect and consult a doctor as early as possible.
Hope I have answered your query.
