Hi I did review your concern.
Your treadmil test is indicative of normal blood supply to heart but it may indicate a hypertensive load on heart, hence an echocardiogram may be done to see if there is any hypertrophy or thickening of heart muscle. It is a condition in which your blood pressure if found elevated needs to be controlled and also some other drugs to protect your heart from long term deleterious effects.
you need to keep a healthy diet with low in salt, refined sugars and saturated fats and high in fibres and complex carbohydrates like fresh fruits and vegetables. Processed stored food should also be avoided as preservatives have lots of salts and sugars and fat
I hope this helps
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns
