What Does Length Of Wave Is High And Tread Mill Test Of 181 Indicate?
after my ecg doctor is telling length of wave is high and we have to check for thickening of hear[electrocardiogram].thread mill test is normal and went up to 181. can you tell is that serious?what i want to do?in diet and routine?whts the treatment?
Hi I did review your concern. Your treadmil test is indicative of normal blood supply to heart but it may indicate a hypertensive load on heart, hence an echocardiogram may be done to see if there is any hypertrophy or thickening of heart muscle. It is a condition in which your blood pressure if found elevated needs to be controlled and also some other drugs to protect your heart from long term deleterious effects. you need to keep a healthy diet with low in salt, refined sugars and saturated fats and high in fibres and complex carbohydrates like fresh fruits and vegetables. Processed stored food should also be avoided as preservatives have lots of salts and sugars and fat I hope this helps Let me know if you have any questions or concerns Wish you a very healthy life ahead.
