I also get very tired and could fall asleep in the afternoon.I sleep well have a good life with no worries.I m usually very healthy and I m 42 physically fit and take regular exercise? It s hard to concentrate and am constantly losing things car keys ext.should I be worried?
Stress and fatigue may be the cause of forgetfulness and lack of concentration. I think you may need to take some multivitamins containing vitamin D and E and Omega 3 to help you with it. Having some holidays may be helpful also.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
