What Does Low Blood Count Indicate?

my granddaughter, age 7, has had a high fever for 6 days-between 102 and 104, slight sore throat initially but gone now, has been tested for strep which was negative, the flu which they said was barely on the line. The doctor never checked her skin, We noticed a rash on her stomach and back today. From blood work the only feed back we got was that her blood levels are very low. Any ideas of what this could be?

If you experience fatigue, weight loss, fever, bruising etc.
If you suffer from abnormal amounts of bleeding. For instance if you are bleeding much more than normal during your periods.
If your doctor suspects you are suffering from an infection.

Diagnose certain conditions like asthma and allergies.
If you are scheduled for a surgery.
In case you suffer from cancer and are undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. This is done to check if and how the therapy is affecting on your blood cells.
