Hello,
You have history of low white cell count. Low white cell count is indicative of
autoimmune disorders,
bone marrow disorder,
malnutrition,
liver damage, enlarged spleen, infections (
tuberculosis, HIV, etc.). Vitamin and mineral deficiencies (B12, Copper and Zinc) are cause a shortage of many nutrients. A shortage of B12 can lead to autoimmune diseases and other problems. To get rid of this, you will need to eat fruits, dairy, dry fruits, and red meat.
Take home made balanced diet rich in
beta carotene as it helps to increase the production of T-cells and cells that fight infection in your body. Take garlic in your daily food. Garlic is rich in antioxidants, can combat infection, bacteria and other diseases. Take food rich in vitamin A, C, B6, B12. You can also take supplements to boast your immune system. Low WBC and High
platelet count may be indicative of life threatening diseases like cancer, leucopenia, tuberculosis, HIV, aids, etc.
Though sometimes, raised platelet count may be due to low iron levels, exercising, infections or side effects of certain medications you have been taking. Get the cause of elevated platelet count investigated. Do not neglect yourself. Maintain diet as suggested, you can also consult a nutritionist. Get evaluated, get required imaging tests done and get treated. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
