What Does Lower Backache On The Left Side Indicate?

I have been having some discomfort and am uncertain what to do.The pain is on my left side of my back beneath my waist.It comes and goes periodically and I am usually uncomfortable for an hour or so and then it goes away. It is better when I move around than when I sit still.Do you have any ideas?

Hello,

You need to consult an orthopedician who will take an x-ray and see if there is any problem with the spinal disc etcetera. Also if you have symptoms of burning sensation while urinating better to get urine tested to see if there are symptoms of urine stone. Drink lots of water.
