What Does Mantox Test 25 Mm,blood ESR 51 Indicate?
my babysitter is suspected to have tb..i have done the tests and stil couldnt get a doctor to read the results.. the results say Zeilner Neelson AFB 3 day test- first day Acid fast bacillus seen.and the next two days not seen..mantoux test result is 25mm..blood count ESR 51..what can conclude doctor?

A positive Ziehl Nelson test on one occasion, Mantoux test positive (25mm is positive result) and raised ESR (51mm) are all confirmatory for tuberculosis infection.
Your baby sister needs to be treated for tubercular infection.
The treatment for tuberculosis is long and lasts for couple of months depending on the site of the infection.
The dosage of the drugs will be calculated on the basis of weight of the baby.
