I had a pelvic scan and massive echo free fluid collection was noted in my pouch of doughlas. What does this mean. When the fluid was noted earlier the Doc suggested I do HVS because he is suspecting PID. But HVS result says no infection present. So I have submitted another sample for urine m/c/s. I don t have any symptoms like genital itching,foul smelling vaginal discharge etc..
