What Does Mid Dextroscoliosis On Thoracic Spine In A Lung Xray Mean?
I'm 61 yrs. old, 5'9, 180 lbs and had hypertension. I had a primary complex last year & finish taking my medicine for 3 mos. I had an x-ray result that my lung is clear but has mid dextroscoliosis on thoracic spine. Can you help me what's the meaning of this. Thanks!
You have absolutely normal findings. Lung fields are clear. There are no signs of infection at present.
There is mid dextroscoliosis in thoracic spine,it means spine is deviated towards right side from mid line in mid thoracic region. It is a benign finding and it may be due to positional. It doesn't require any treatment.
Hope i have answered your query. Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
