Hi my name is kylie i'm 27 yo with 4 kids & for 12mths or more i'v experienced numbness in my feet and difficulty with normal activities such as walking normally. Had a cat scan today the results are as follows - L3/4 and L4/5 are normal . - At L5/S1 there is a prosterior midline central disc protrusion just contacting the thecal sac. (no displacement to s1 nerve roots) no facet OA. -CONCLUSION- At L5/S1 there is a small central midline disc protrusion causing mild canal stenosis. - any help explaining what this means and how it can be helped or fixed would be much appreciated thanks
