Please help me understand my diagnosis. Mild cerebral volume loss. Few scattered nonspecific sub cortical white matter T2 flair hypertintensities. No intracranial hemorrhage, midline shift, mass, mass effect, hydrocephalus or extra axial fluid collection. Described stable small focus of lucency in the left frontal bone shows high T1 and T2 signal with signal drop fat saturated sequence. The soft tissue are normal. Thank you very much. Rosalie Ramirez
