PLEASE HELP I HAD A MEDICAL EXAM AND X RAYS DONE THIS IS WHAT WAS SAID THERE IS MILD DIFFUSE TENDERNESS THROUGHOUT THE PARASPINONS MUSCULATURE AND S=I JOINTS REGIONS WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF SPASM AND ALSO THERE IS SOME MILD ENDPLATE SCLEROSIS OF THE UPPER DORSAL SPINE VERTEBRA CAN U HELP ME PLEASE THIS IS A MEDICAL EXAM FROM DEC 09 COULD MY PROMBLEMS BE WORSE NOW

Thanks for writing in.

Mild end plate sclerosis is a degenerative finding and might be acceptable if you are past your middle age. What happens is there is loss of water in the intervertebral discs and this can cause decreased mobility and also cause pressure on nerve roots which is felt as pain.

You do not seem to be having any serious condition by X rays but a MRI will give more information and guidance on treatment if you have an associated disc problem.
