My son was diagnosed with Melanoma in July 2010 and had surgery (neck area) to remove the mole and two lymph node clusters. All check-ups since July 2010 have been clear. He did not go through any follow-up chemo or other treatment. He recently had three more moles removed, one on his chest area, and two on his back. The biopsy results were returned, mildy displaced. The dermatologist told him he needs to go through yet more surgery. Can you tell me what mildly displaced means, and what he could be looking at with this new surgery.
