Male :37 y P/PR: 106/134ms QRS: 134ms QT/QTC: 384/451ms P/QRS/T. axis: 70/87/1 deg Heart rate: 83bpm Minor inferior repolarization disturbance secondary to RBBB I got this EKG done at PCP office, bc I recently expieriencing chest pain. Pain is located in the canteral part of the chest. I also have GERD with Barret Esophagus.
Barrera esophagitis may can cause chest pain at the centre part. But don't worry RBBB is more common finding in few individuals. Don't worry, if possible post a rhythm strip to know any pathology.
