What Does Missing Period With Negative Hpt And Blood Test, White Liquid Coming Out Of The Nipples Indicate?

Good morning doc

I have a very regular period that is a 28 day cycle.my last LMP was 19 January 2014. Today 22 February my period is 5days late. I had a negative HPT and a negative Blood test 3 days late of 5.08 hcg. however my breasts are coming out white liquid stuff. i have not been stressed or anything . The only medication I was taking was royal jelly

Could I be pregnant and if so why is my hcg low and what should I do.

Prolactin is a hormone produced by the anterior pituitary gland that is primarily associated with lactation and plays a vital role in breast development during pregnancy.
