Hi I did review your concern.
Your ECG findings are indicative of T cell changes which can occur in ischemia or pressure overload or electrolyte imbalance. It can manifest as flat or excessively tall or inverted T waves. T waves are indicative of repolarization of ventricular muscle and occur after QRS wave.
I hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Wish you all a happy and healthy life.
