Hi, I seem to have this lump or bump in front of my ear, where my jawline starts, and whenever i touch it, it rotates... it s on my left ear. I m scared that it could be a tumor . Could it simply be an infection though?

Hello. Welcome to HCM
A freely mobile swelling in front of ear can be commonly just a reactive node or some part of minor accessory salivary gland enlargement. The best approach would be to get an FNAC which will tell nature of cells forming this lump, accordingly local excision or medication can be planned.
Hope this helps. take care.
