WHAT DOES IT MEAN? multiplanar and multisequential MRI study of the orbits with and witout contrst where obtained both eyeballs appear normal no no intraocular abnormality is detected there is no evedence of mass enchancing focus the onerve are normally in size wth normal limits the lens lence are noted in place the exra ocular muscles on both ides aresysmetric and normal in size the caver nous sinuses show discrete abnormally the optic chiasm and optic tracts are undisturbed limited visualized brain parenchyma cerebello pointed and leds and parasellar areas are unremarkable thin t2 bright mucosal hyperintence, no evidence off mass or abnormal enchancement in both orbits optic nerves and vasculature with in normal limits consider maxillary sinusitis

Multiplanar means a study in multiple planes like axial/sagittal/coronal and multisequential means multiple sequences were done to evaluate the orbits. Your orbits are totally normal and there is no abnormality. Only thing is thin rim in maxillary sinus which is of no clinical significance. Hope it sorts your problem. Multiplanar means a study in multiple planes like axial/sagittal/coronal and multisequential means multiple sequences were done to evaluate the orbits. Your orbits are totally normal and there is no abnormality. Only thing is thin rim in maxillary sinus which is of no clinical significance. Hope it sorts your problem.
