Ultrasound shows uterus is heterogeneous in appearance. Endometrial lining is not well-visualized with multiple cysts in the endometrial regions. Exact with the endometrium not well defined. Heterogeneous mass in right adnexal region with cystic areas measuring 2.6 x 2.2 x 20.2 cm. No free fluid seen in the pelvis.
