General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Kindly see a GP at the earliest as the symptoms are suggestive of hypertension and cardiac disease. At the doctor you will be expected to undergo certain diagnostic test like chest x ray, ECG, few blood test along with observation of vitals for at least 3-6 hours. Depending on the test result, underlying cause for symptoms and vitals treatment will be prescribed.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
