Your tomography scan reported a slightly enlarged left ovary, if this is not due to a Cyst the use of anticonceptives is not the treatment of choice. Your doctor prescribed you the "pain killer" because you have being having pain, the reason that you dislike taken pain killer does not give you much any choice.
