What Does My CAT Scan Report Indicate?

I had umbilical hernia repair in 2013, and I ve been having problems ever since then. There was a CAT scan done a few months ago that showed fluid in the area of the repair also if I cough it pops out like it did before surgery and I have to push it back in. What should I do I m waiting on a fourth cat scan. I just want this horrible pain to stop.
