CT Abdomen W & Pelvis W Cont. on 12-17-2011 Impression: 1. Minimal focal fatty infiltration involving the liver. 2. Prominent right ovarian cyst measuring 2.7 cm with small amount of free pelvic fluid, likely physiologic. 3. Mild prominence of endometrium of uterus which is most likely within normal limits depending upon phase of menstrual cycle. 4. 1.1 cm low-density structure with peripheral enhancement in the region anterior vagina which could represent Gartner's duct cyst. Alternatively, finding could be related to urethra.
Your report suggests that there is minimal focal fat deposition within the liver cells. There is a p/o Gartner's duct cyst in the anterior vaginal region. These are typically small asymptomatic cysts. However, its association with urethra should be confirmed. Other findings are normal. There is a physiological prominent right ovarian cyst. Endometrium is also normal. Hope i have answered your query.
