Hello and welcome to HCM,
In cases of infertility, a bit of endometrium is biopsied to look for the staus of endometrium.
Large number of cases of infertility are due to tuberculosis.
Tuberculosis is detected by ZN staining.
ZN staining is a special type of staining wherein the organism causing tuberculosis i.e. acid fast bacilli is detected.
However, the test is negative in your case.
The endometrium is examined for the phase of glands and stroma.
The glands and stroma in endometrium respond to hormones.
By assessing the glands and stroma, the phase of endometrium can be assessed.
The phase of glands and stroma is compared with the stage of the time of menstrual cycle.
Any discrepancy may be responsible for infertility.
Your endometrium is in secretory phase or the second phase of menstruation.
This has to be compared with the time of your menstrual cycle.

Thanks and take care
