I had a endometrial curettings (2H&E) performed last week. The reports read weakly proliferative endometrium with focal stromal breakdown, and focal stromal decidualization consistent with progestin effect. No atypia identified. What does that mean and how to treat or correct?
Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have proliferative endometrium. It suggest estrogenic effect. Decidualization suggest you have ovulatory cycle. Because it is evidence of progesterone secretion. You have normal menstrual cycle. No need to worry. No any treatment is required. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
