General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

BHcg test doesn't become negative immediately after taking abortion pills. It may need up to two weeks for HCG levels to get down. In order to be sure you can do a BHcg test after two days to see if it is getting low.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
