What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

radial tear posterior horn medial meniscus with partial extrusion, mild/moderate condrosis patellier and medial compartment with early degenrate change and smalll knee effusion....help, what does this mean, I have been waiting to see a surgeon for months and had asked to know from my recent MRI what I have and this is what my GP told me ( sorry about spelling mistakes) Is this surgery?? Long rehab??
