What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My MRI suggests that I have a slightly torn miniscus. I ve been under16 physical therapy sessions but I think is not enough for me to go back or resume my usual physical activities. Do you think a gel injectiom would help or surgery is needed. Thanks
