What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Yes my name is Brenda . I recently did MRI on right leg and it came back that I had a bulging disc L4- L5 . Also the protruding extend about 4 mm posterior to its normal location. Also there is indentation of the ventral the cal sac and efface meant of the lateral recesses encroaching inthe L5 nerve roots . They said it reflects a facetal cyst. Not sure what this means and could you explain it to me and what or some of the treatments. Thnx
