thank you I had an MRI done which it reads as follow: FINDINGS: Mild reversal of the cervical lordosis. C4 C5 Subtle broad posterior disc bulge asymmetric to the right. Minimal indentation of the ventral thecal sac. Noforeanimal stenosis what that means? It also says Tiny central disc protrusion. no central canal or foreanimal stenosis
1. The reports suggest lordosis meand loss of normal curvature, can be due to pain the muscle got spasm. 2.Disc bulge means there is a disc between vertebrae when this disc gets pushed out side the vertebra. 3. Thecal sac is covering surrounding spinal chord which is seen causing compression by the bulged disc. 4. Foramen is where nerve pass through - where the disc seen causing pressure effect on nerve - which probably giving pain. 5. The features suggest degenerative changes - depending on severity the treatment varies from physiotherapy to procedure.
good luck. Dr. Ganesh
