Your MRI shows brain lesions with frontal lobeatrophy, it indicates that frontal portion of the brain has begun to shrink due to the damage or death of the nerve cells in the the said portion of the brain. You are suggested to get connected to a GP / Neurologist as you will need symptomatic treatment to be done. Such lesions commonly cause behavioral changes, language deficits, reduced motor & spacial reasoning, declining intelligence. It may cause cognitive & neurological problems.
