MRI reveals altered signal intensity in the humeral head representing a bone bruise Loss of articular cartilage along gleno-humeral surfaces with reduction in joint space and large subchondrial cysts in the mid subcutaneous of the glenoid following articular cartilage loss. Mild supraspinatus tendinosis with thickening of the inferior gleno humeral ligament with altered signal intensity most likely as a result of adhesive capsulitis. Avulsion of posterior labrum from the 10-2 o clock position with an associated paralabral cyst
