What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?
My husband had an MpMRI after a high score on his 2 PSA tests. It took over 4 weeks to get the report back. Based on the report, his Dr scheduled a biopsy but it can t be done before 5/12 & will take another week for the results. I am wondering if such a long delay will have a negative impact on his prognosis & if we should contact Moffitt Cancer Hospital to see if the biopsy could be done sooner. His urologist has given us no guidance. He had throat cancer 17 yrs ago & has remained cancer free until now, He is 78.
