What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I have arthritis in two fingers, on my right hand and not sure what to do? I am already not eating inflammatory foods. The only thing I have been trying is using turmeric in my diet in power form and also in pill form. I also take 500mg. of glucosamine with msm 2-times a day. My lover back hurts and I feel this is also part of the arthritis, I have had a mri on my back and the doctor said it was degenerative so I do core exercises 4 times a week. Still have pain but it does help. If you have any suggestions a healthy way I would love the advice, Thank you so much, Brenda

Hello,

You are already doing enough and you should go for exercises as per advice of a certified physiotherapist.

For pain etcetera, you may take tab Aceclofenic two times a day. As it is prescription drug, so please consult a local doctor he will prescribe this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
