What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Hi... Age 64, male, 6 2 ... Have severe right shoulder pain.. My MRI starts off saying no acute fractures identified. Says there is fueled in the acromioclaicular joint. Type III acromioclaicular is idenitified. Can you tell me anything from this little info ? It is a long report. Thank you.... Curt
