What Does My MRI Scan Report Of My Knee Indicate?

Hello, I am 49 years young and got the following report after an MRI on both knees: IMPRESSION RIGHT KNEE: 1. Patellar chondromalacia. 2. Tear of the right lateral meniscus associated with a para meniscal cyst. IMPRESSION LEFT KNEE: 1. Grade 1 injury of the left medial collateral ligament. 2. Tear involving the posterior horn of the left medial meniscus. 3. Patellar chondromalacia. I am following with an Ortho, but am curious as to what options are out there? vr Tom
