What Does My MRI Scan Report Of Spine Indicate?

I have small focal central posterior disc protrusion at C3-4 causing thecal sac compression and cord impingement. Mild acquired central canal stenosis. At C4-5 formaminal stenosis. And central canal stenosis. At C5-6 posterior and left posterolateral osteophyte complex causing thecal compression and mild cord flattening. Mild to moderate left sided central canal stenosis. Central canal caliber is reduced to 9mm. Moderate to marked left formaminal stenosis is present. Minor right formaminal stenosis. What does this mean and what are the treatment options?
