Hi
I have gone through your MRI report.
marrow edema means swelling of bone in response to injury is noted in knee joint bones.there will be spring like structures between bones of joint to facilitate smooth movement.here few of them like ACL tear means tear of anterior cruciate ligament, which causes anterior movement of leg bone over thigh bone so it causes difficulty in movements like stepping down.Dont worry there are treatments for it.consult orthopedic surgeons.
Thank you
