General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. Whenever there is movement in joints, the muscle is rubbed against the bone .To prevent this there is a sac filed with fluid which reduces the friction during movement. In your shoulder joint, the sac present beneath a bone is infected. also there is slight back muscle injury where it is attached to the arm bone. I hope i cleared your doubts. Please take advice from the orthopaedicians. Take care.
