General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

I have gone through your MRI report and as the report shows ring enhancing lesions so the first possible diagnosis is tuberculomas i.e tubercuolous infection of the brain. The treatment for this disease is Anti-tuberculous Therapy along with steroids for 12 months.During the duration of your treatment you will be required to run repeated LFTs, RFTs,MRI and visual acuity tests to monitor the side effects of the drugs and status of disease. I would suggest you consult your local neurophysician for detailed clinical evaluation and further management accordingly.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
