i have had back problems since 1994 had every injection physio medication CBT etc. It has got worse over the years and this is the only time I m off work. Been off 9 weeks this year still no joy as pain there every day with numbness in legs toes down below and back also . I get pain in my hip elbow finger and knee. I m struggling with all this I feel no one helps. Going to have yet another root block why can t I have a fusion op this has been going on for years and is worse than ever. MRI showing another bulging disk and root compression. I m just so frustrated as take rather slit if meds and this doesn t take the excrutisting pain numbness away. I have the pain every day. Now I have ficul migraine and I have pain in my eye and head still just fed up of all this pain but have to get on with things,I m struggling.

See your clinician for analgesics, physical therapy, vitamin B12 supplementation and specific treatment.
