Need help with my mri report I got of neck. and how serious it is... c6c7 Right paracentral and posterolateral disc extrusion located at and above the level if the disc space superimposed on broad based disc bulge causes severe right neural foraminal narrowing and moderate spinal canal narrowing. Impingement on exiting c7 nerve root not excluded. clinical correlation recommended. (I have symptoms and still waiting for my dr to call me with results and what needs to be done and wondering if this is going to require surgery )
