Sir my daughter is a badminton player..she had shoulder injury from 3rd july 2015...MRI DONE..& IMPRESSION IS....MINIMALFLUID AROUND SUBSCAPULARIES TENDON & IN SHOLDER JOINT..SHE HAD TAKEN Lyser D medicine..but this does not give her any relief ..plz advice
If the pain is not settling with the conventional painkillers, I suggest you to revisit your doctor for the change of prescription. Meanwhile, here are some of the remedies you can do at home to alleviate pain. 1. Rest your shoulder. Stop doing what caused the pain and try to avoid painful movements 2. Apply ice and heat. Putting ice on your shoulder helps reduce inflammation and pain. Do gentle exercised to strengthen your shoulder joint, you can also take help form your physiotherapist.
