I had an MRI and the findings were multiple tiny bilateral supratonorial white matter abnormalities. Typically mild small vessel ischemic change. No advanced ischemic change. What does this mean? 53y/o Caucasian Female, no history of diabetes, hypertention
There is minor age-related changes like a block in the small blood vessel in the brain. It is an age-related change and as of now, no definite treatment is required.
