Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI shows a minor fracture of lateral femoral condyl and degenerative changes in medial and lateral menisci. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for management of fracture in lateral condyl.

Degenerative changes in medial and lateral menisci may be age related. Usually the age related changes in menisci do not heal spontaneously. Treatment of fracture of lateral condyl may help in some way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
