hiiii doctor.. i checked my whole body checkup from online service where we found that my TSH level is 6.79. Doctor prescribed me tablets thyronorm 25 mg. what should i do.. either continue the medicine or test to be done by another path lab.. please guide.
Your TSH levels are raised, thus indicating hypothyroidism. That's why your doctor has prescribed thyroid tablets in minimum dose. Take one tablet empty stomach and get thyroid profile repeated every 3 months.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
