What Does My TVS Report Indicate?
Hi, I am 30 yrs old last 15th september i under went aborstion 7 wks 5 days by suction method, after 7 days now did a tvs, report says Uterus is bulky & anteverted in position. Myometrial echotexture is homogenus. Endometrium is thickened (15 mm) & echogenic.Uterine cavity is central.kindly guide me on this

A TVS is advised after abortion to rule out any retained products of conception. This happens when the complete pregnancy does not evacuate in your case by suction. The retained products then must be removed by D and C. This is to prevent further uterine infection.
