What Does My Below Mentioned ECG Report Indicate?

i was nervous before an ecg and got:**abnormal rhythmic ECG: sinus tachycardia** with a 128 pulsei went to do a ECHO and it came out normal...{i have a little heart murmur on the left room}im having a re test for the ECG tomorrow . should i be worried or was i just nervous

Hi,

Sinus tachycardia could be because of anxiety or stress or could be because of fever, infection or certain heart conditions. But as you have a normal Echo report you need not worry. Just rule out whether you have any of the condition I have stated above and get a repeat ECG done when conditions are normal.
