What Does My Below Widal Test Report Suggest?

i have done first widal test on 22.09.2015 and the reports are as given- S. Typhi H : 1:160 S. Typhi O : 1:80 S. Typhi AH : 1:20 S. Typhi BH : 1:20 then i went for treatment and after one week the medicines have been stopped by the doctor and i feel better but weakness exist now again non dated 10.10.2015 after 20 days the reports are S. Typhi H : 1:320 S. Typhi O : 1:160 S. Typhi AH : 1:20 S. Typhi BH : 1:20 Can anybody tell me is the above report having typhoid positive and how much it is sevre?

a rising titer of Widal test indicates the infection still persists
you may be suffering from MDR typhoid
i suggest you get a blood culture with antibiotic sensitivity done
ask you physician to review the antibiotics and re start the treatment
