hi doctor, as part of our APE I undergone widal test and the result are as follows: widal test O 1:20(+3) 1:40(+2) 1:80(+1) 1:160(trace) widal test H negative widal test A 1:20(+1) 1:40(trace) widal test B 1:20(+2) 1:40(+1) 1:80(trace) .. kindly pls interpret the results

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

Widal test is done for determing if you have typhoid or paratyphoid infection currently or in recent past. Your Widal H and O titres are negative. Your Paratyphi A and B titres are negative as well. This means you are not suffering from typhoid or paratyphoid.
